You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:
You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Platform. By uploading content, you grant Nexx a license to host, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you and your students.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to your content and that it does not infringe on the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party.

Platform fees are billed on a recurring monthly basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. We reserve the right to change our pricing upon reasonable notice.
Refund Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time. We do not provide refunds for partial months or unused services.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms of Service. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or using the account cancellation tools provided.
Nexx is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Platform.
